Once an eligible refund is approved, Ivelnaro™ generally completes its refund processing within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.

Banks and payment providers may require additional posting time.

Our registered business address is not automatically the return warehouse address.

After an eligible return is reviewed and approved, customer support will provide the applicable return destination and instructions.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the intended environment is suitable before using or setting up an Ivelnaro™ product.

Do not modify structural or electrical parts in a way that could compromise stability, safety, or intended function.

Where a product page states a load limit, capacity, occupancy, seating, or weight recommendation, customers should follow that information.

No Ivelnaro™ product should be assumed suitable for every weather condition unless expressly stated.

Severe wind, storms, flooding, extreme heat, prolonged moisture, fire risk, or other hazardous conditions may require a product to be secured, removed, stored, or not used.

Portable lanterns and rechargeable lights should be used according to their stated charging, placement, hanging, material, and environmental guidance.

Do not modify electrical components or expose products to unsafe heat or open flame unless expressly designed for those conditions.

Care requirements differ by product and material.

Avoid cleaning methods, chemicals, abrasion, prolonged moisture, excessive heat, UV exposure, or storage conditions inconsistent with the product's intended use or care guidance.

Website copy, specifications, photographs, graphics, product information, collection information, and store content may be updated to improve accuracy, reflect changes, clarify information, or correct errors.

Obvious errors may be corrected before or after order submission, subject to applicable law.

The Ivelnaro™ name, branding, website copy, original product imagery, graphics, layouts, and other protected materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.

If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback, questions, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that the submission is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, prevent abuse, or enforce store rules.

The store may rely on third-party services including:
